Everything you need to know about how we ship your handcrafted 3D printed products.
Standard UK Delivery
Free on orders over £203–5 business days
For orders under £20, a flat fee of £2.99 applies.
Express UK Delivery
£4.991–2 business days
Orders placed before 12pm GMT on a working day will be dispatched the same day (subject to availability).
International Delivery
From £6.997–14 business days
We are expanding our international shipping. Contact us for a custom quote if your country is not listed at checkout.
Shipping Policies
Processing Time
All Pygma3D products are made to order — we don't mass produce. Please allow 1–3 business days for your item to be printed, finished, and carefully packaged before dispatch. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel via Royal Mail or the relevant carrier's website.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you spot an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update the delivery details before dispatch.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@pygma3d.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, where necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.
Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands
Please note that deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Islands may take an additional 1–2 business days to arrive. Express delivery options to these locations may incur a slight surcharge, which will be calculated automatically at checkout.

All Pygma3D products are handcrafted and shipped from our studio in the United Kingdom. We take pride in personally packing every order to ensure it arrives safely.
