We primarily use PLA (Polylactic Acid), which is a biodegradable and eco-friendly plastic derived from renewable resources like corn starch. For certain items that require more durability or heat resistance, we may use PETG or ABS.

Our standard PLA coasters can withstand the heat of a normal hot cup of tea or coffee (around 60-70°C). However, we do not recommend placing boiling hot pots or pans directly on them, as extreme heat can cause deformation.

Yes! We love working on custom projects. If you have a specific idea, track, or color scheme in mind that you don't see in our store, please reach out to us via the Contact page and we'll see what we can do.

Because all of our items are made-to-order (we don't mass produce!), it typically takes 1 to 3 business days to print, finish, and pack your item before it is shipped.

Yes, we offer free standard shipping within the UK for all orders over £20.

Currently, we mainly ship within the UK. We are looking into expanding our shipping options to Europe and the rest of the world soon. If you are outside the UK and really want an item, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Please note that personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

We take great care in packaging, but sometimes things happen in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@pygma3d.com within 48 hours with a photo of the damage and your order number, and we will send a replacement right away.
